Service terms

To place an order it is recommended to register though it is optional. By registering you receive the following advantages:

• You don't have to fill in your personal data on each subsequent order anymore.

• Benefit from the internet shop's occasional promotions, offers and turnover dependant discounts.

• Receive the information about the internet shop's changes, promotions and news.

You can register and place an order as a physical person as well as a legal entity.

Upon placing an order an invoice is automatically sent to the email specified by you. Then in a short period of time (meaning work hours) an operator calls you and negotiates about shipping details.

A payment can be made with cash, with a Visa / MasterCard / AmericanExpress card using the website or via bank transfer. In case of bank transfer the order is activated only after transferring the order amount to an account number given in the invoice.

If the order amount is above 50 laris we ship it for free throughout Tbilisi. Otherwise the shipping price is 8 laris.

Shipping in regions is done by delivery services. The price is determined by the address location, the weight and the volume of the ordered goods.

We deliver the order throughout Tbilisi within 48 work hours. Shipping in regions depends on delivery services and usually it takes 3-5 days.

The company reserves the right to edit or delete a user account.

The service terms may change at any moment, about which we will try to inform you.

The service terms is presented in two languages: Georgian and English. In case of an inconsistency in the translation the priority is granted to the Georgian version.
